Laggan Pantry Booking Terms and Conditions

Laggan Pantry is a unique restaurant and requires special Terms and Conditions which are outlined below for our 'Regular Online Bookings' and our 'Group Bookings'.

REGULAR ONLINE BOOKINGS (bookings up to 10 guests):

CANCELLATION POLICY Service/cancellation fee of $5 per person will apply from the time of booking and is non-refundable for any reason.  Seats are paid for in full at the time of booking and remain refundable up to 48hrs prior to arrival for tables of up to 6 people OR 5 DAYS (120hrs) for tables greater than 6 people. During this non-refundable period a booking cannot be amended or changed to another date or time slot even due to illness. Requesting alterations or cancellation of a booking must be made in writing by email to thepantry@laggan.com.au Bookings are allocated a 2.5hrs time slot however will be considered a cancellation if greater than 15mins late. We ask our guests to allow ample travel time to avoid feeling rushed within their time slot.

CHILDREN DINING?  Please consider the following prior to booking:  Kids are welcome, however they will also dine from the adult menu and are charged at the adult rate. We do not offer a kids’ menu or allow non-paying children to be seated; we offer a highchair only without a meal.  All children MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times in all areas and please keep in mind that a 2.5 hour dining experience may not be suitable for all children.

MENU We offer a $95 p/p set five course Dining Experience only. Please read our current menu (subject to change) before booking. Some course may be ‘share style’ especially on tables greater than six people. Whilst we encourage new taste experiences we are mindful that there might be a concern and/or allergies. Please contact us prior to booking to discuss any possible substitutions or changes. Allergies, Vegetarians and gluten free must notify us at the time of booking and surcharges may apply. Multiple requests or requests within 48hrs of arrival may not be possible. Broader spectrum diets such as Vegan/Plant Based, Dairy/Lactose free, Halal or Kosher are not available INCLUDING basic staples such as garlic, onions, eggs, butter etc.

USING GIFT VOUCHERS Please contact the restaurant directly, do not book online. If you book online we will not be able to refund that money if you then present a voucher on the day.

  1. GROUP BOOKINGS AND EXCLUSIVE DINING (bookings of 11 or more guests):

We offer two arrangements for group bookings; EXCLUSIVE dining and GROUP dining.

~The Laggan Pantry EXCLUSIVE dining experience is available for a minimum of 15 people (or equivalent payment of) & a maximum of 25 People.

$130 p/p  includes our Chef’s menu served ‘share style’ with extra dishes offering greater variety over 4 courses.   Your group will enjoy freedom of timing and exclusive use of the restaurant.

~The Laggan Pantry GROUP dining experience is for all tables greater than 10 people, less than 15 people but not using the restaurant exclusively. Your group will be allocated a 2.5 hour time slot, your table/s may be required after that time. We recommend your group arrive early so as to avoid being rushed within your time slot.

$110p/p Your group will enjoy the current Laggan Pantry Dining Experience menu served ‘share style’ for an interactive and memorable occasion.

DIETARY REQUESTS? Due to the nature of Laggan Pantry we DO NOT cater for individual dietary requests within a group booking. As the menu is share style, diners will have the freedom to avoid any food of concern.  Severe food allergies are important and must be noted at the time of booking so we are aware and can offer the appropriate advice and guidance on the day. In this respect, we will take all care but will not be held liable for any traces of an allergen in any foods.

TO MAKE A BOOKING full payment is required along with a signed and completed ‘Group Bookings Form’. Payment can be paid by credit card through our secure online facility or directly into our nominated account.

CANCELLATION POLICY Group bookings remain fully refundable up to 14 days prior to the confirmed occasion.  A cancellation/service fee of $200 will apply.

CANCELLATION within 14 days is non-refundable for any reason including any illness or travel complications. Cancellations and alterations to the number of people within 14 days is also non-refundable for any reason.

Final confirmation of the amount of people is required outside of 14 days prior to arrival.  An increase to the number of people may not be possible depending on availability or license conditions.

By making a booking you will be agreeing to the above cancellation policy.

Please note; We may not be able to confirm a booking until 6 weeks prior to the chosen date however we will work closely with you in this respect. Booking a group within 30 days of a chosen date may become complicated as it will depend on restaurant availability.
